1. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Damaged product
  • Wrong item delivered

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened attar or perfume bottles
  • Books
  • Wooden products
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Used, altered, or tampered products

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and seals must be intact
  • Clear photos or videos must be provided for verification

5. Refund Process

  • Once the return is approved and verified, refunds will be processed within 7–14
    working days
  • Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method
  • Cash refunds are not available

6. Shipping Cost for Returns

Return shipping costs, if applicable, will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to
a verified defect or wrong item from our side.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

8. Final Decision

Asase.in reserves the right to approve or reject any return or refund request after inspecting the item.
The company’s decision shall be final and binding.
