1. What products do you sell on Asase.in?
We specialize in luxury Islamic accessories and lifestyle products, including:
• Loose (open) attar & perfumes
• Luxury watches
• Turkish Janamaz
• Premium Islamic caps
• Fine rumals (scarves)
• Tasbeeh and other Islamic essentials
2. Are your attars original and imported?
Yes. Asase.in offers one of the finest collections of loose attars in India, and a large
portion of our attars are imported and premium quality.
All attars are carefully selected for fragrance quality and longevity.
3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available on Asase.in.
All orders must be fully prepaid before processing.
4. Why is COD not available?
To maintain:
• Faster order processing
• Secure transactions
• Lower return misuse
we operate as a prepaid-only store
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Returns are accepted only in case of:
• Defective items
• Damaged items
• Wrong item delivered
Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Are opened attars returnable?
No. Opened attar or perfume bottles are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable,
due to hygiene and quality reasons.
7. Which items are non-returnable?
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
• Opened attar or perfumes
• Books
• Wooden products
• Customized items
• Used or tampered products
8. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time:
• Nearby locations: 2–4 business days
• Other locations: 4–8 business days
Delivery time may vary due to courier or external factors.
9. Do you ship all over India?
Yes. Currently, we ship across India only, subject to pin code serviceability.
10. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you can track it by logging into your My Account section on
Asase.in.
Go to:
My Account → Orders → View Order
Tracking details will be available there after dispatch.
In some cases, tracking updates may also be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email.
11. Are product images exactly the same as delivered items?
We try our best to display accurate images.
However, minor variations in color, packaging, or fragrance may occur due to lighting,
screen settings, or batch differences.
12. Is my payment information safe?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
We do not store your card or UPI details.
13. How can I contact customer support?
